The MHADA Housing lottery scheme has not been announced yet. But there are reports doing rounds that 7500 housing units will be announced for four categories:
Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
Lower Income Group (LIG)
Middle Income Group (MIG)
Higher Income Group (HIG)

The application for MHADA housing will be accepted if the following criteria are met:
Minimum age of the applicant is 18 years
The applicant has lived in the Maharashtra state for 15 years
The applicant has valid id proof and income proof
