The E-Khata in Gram panchayat is an important document that enables both offline and online property tax payments. Panchayat E-Khatas, are Khatas that have been issued electronically by Gram Panchayats. You can apply for it on the BBMP website. You will need the following documents:
A replica of an earlier khata or manual khata
Owner(s) photos
A picture of the land.
Most recent certificate of encumbrance (EC)
Sale Deed copy
A copy of the owner(s)’ photo ID proof, such as a PAN card, passport, or driver’s licence. After you submit the application, the process can take up to 15 days. A fee equal to 1% of the value of your land must be paid.
