Last month, I had the same question. I thus enquired my neighbour how to remove yellow stains from tiles. He told me that I could use vinegar and water solution or baking soda and water solution to clean it. I used the baking soda solution for cleaning my tiles, and the outcome was amazing. For your reference, I have listed the cleaning procedures using both approaches below.

How to Remove Yellow Stains on Tiles using Baking Soda?

I followed the below procedure to get sparkling tiles flooring:
  • I started by creating a paste with water and baking soda.
  • Then, I applied the paste over the stained area. 
  • I gave the paste a few hours to rest on the stain.
  • Finally, I used a stiff-bristled brush to scrub my tiles and then rinsed them with warm water.
As per my experience, I must say this procedure is gentle but effective in removing the stains without causing any damage to the tiles.

How to Get Yellow Stains Out of Tile Floors using Vinegar?

As a natural disinfectant, vinegar can aid in removing tough stains. My neighbour informed me of the following steps for cleaning the bathroom tiles using vinegar:
  • He instructed mixing equal amounts of water and white vinegar in a spray bottle.
  • Spray the mixture on the stained area of tiles.
  • He then requested to leave it for a few minutes before using a stiff-bristled brush to scrub the tiles.
  • Finally, he said to rinse the tile using warm water and dry it with a fresh cloth.
