How to Pack Moving Boxes?

Before moving to our new house, I learned how to pack moving boxes from my mother. If you do not pack your goods properly, there’s a chance of damage, wear and tear. Considering that I grabbed necessary packing items like boxes, newspapers, bubble wraps, packing tape and a marker before packing my goods. How To Pack Boxes for Moving?

So before packing boxes for moving, make sure you have the items I mentioned above. Once you have them handy,

• Organise items in the box: 

Start putting items of similar sizes and weights in a particular box. Once you reach your destination, you can easily figure out which box has your small or big items. But make sure you label them properly. If you want, you can pack things as per rooms as well.

• Fill in the boxes completely:

Make sure you fill all the boxes tightly. If the boxes aren’t full, they will have more space to move and tend to get damaged. You can use paper to fill gaps. 

• Take extra care for fragile items:

Make sure you use paper or bubble wrap to protect your fragile items in the box. If you do not pack them properly, they will shatter into pieces, so go for extra padding for their protection.

• Seal and label each box:

Once you are done inserting items in the boxes, make sure you seal them properly using the tape and label them. If you forget these two tasks, you might get your goods damaged and fail to figure out which box contains what items.
