Hi, My mamu recently applied for a Domicile certificate online so I have knowledge of it. He applied for this certificate because he wanted to claim some schemes and facilities offered by the Delhi Government to its residents. Let me tell you that a Domicile certificate is a legal document that proves that a person lives in a particular state. It is issued by the Department of Revenue, Government of NCT in Delhi. Now, let me explain about the Delhi Domicile form and how to make Domicile certificate in Delhi: Domicile Certificate Delhi Documents Required:
  • Passport size color photograph.
  • Proof of the applicant owning a land.
  • A copy of the Birth Certificate.
  • Resident Proof (water bill, telephone bill, Electricity bill, etc.)
  • Identity Proof (Ration Card, Aadhar card, Voter ID card, etc.)
  • Affidavit as given in Annexure-I of the Delhi domicile form.
How to apply for Domicile Certificate Delhi online:
  • Just go to the official website of the Delhi Government.

  • Tap on the “Apply for Certificates Online” button on the home page.
  • Log in to the platform
  • Under the “Apply Online” menu, tap on the “Apply for services” button
  • Tap on the “Apply” button to apply for the Domicile Certificate
  • Fill in all the relevant details in the application form and upload all the necessary documents. After that, submit the form.
  • After the submission, you will receive an acknowledgment number. You can take a print of it too.
