While browsing through social media, I came to learn tha ceramic tiles can be installed on wood. So, I called my cousin and asked him how to install ceramic floor tile on wood. He told me that the process is pretty easy and I had to follow the instructions that he would provide me. Here is what my cousin told me.

How to Lay Ceramic Tile On a Wood Floor?
The first thing he told me was to get a few tools which are
Tile cutting tool
Tile spacers
Large sponges
Buckets
Measuring tape
Chalk line
Notched tile trowel
Flat margin trowel
Framing square
Safety glasses
Rubber gloves
After that, he told me about the steps on how to attach ceramic tile to wood.
He asked to prepare the substrate by installing cement board panels.
Then he told me to dry-fit the tiles.
After that, he asked me to make a cement mortar and spead it using a flat side trowel.
Now, he asked me to gently lay the tile by tiwsiting it back and forth and pressing it depper in to the thinset.
He aslo told me that, some tiles might need cutting and to measure and cut them accordingly.
For the final step, he told me to grout the tile and them seal it accordingly.
