Visit your Gram Panchayat office (village panchayat) and ask for Form 9 and Form 11 / 11B. As per the GP’s process, fill out the application form provided by the Panchayat.
Submit required documents such as your title deed (sale deed), recent property tax receipts, site sketch, proof of non-agricultural conversion (if applicable), and identity/address proof.
The Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) or Secretary will verify these papers.
Once approved, the GP will issue the khata certificate (Form 9/11B) on secure, possibly hologram-stamped stationery.

).
Register/login, then navigate to “Search Your Property” → choose Form 9 (or Form 11B) → select your district, block, gram panchayat, village and enter your Property ID / survey number.
Once you locate your property record, apply for Form 9 (property register extract) or 11B (tax/Demand-Collection-Balance) and submit the required documents as per portal guidelines. After submission, you can track the status in the portal.
Once the status is approved, the Gram Panchayat’s Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) verifies and digitally signs the certificate, and you can download the e-Khata (Form 9/11B) PDF.
