After drafting, the applicable stamp duty and registration charges must be calculated according to the state laws. It is because charges differ depending on whether the transfer is between blood relatives or non-family members.
Once the draft is prepared online, parties must upload identity proof, PAN card, Aadhaar card, passport-size photographs, and property ownership documents, including the Mother Deed, Encumbrance Certificate, tax receipts, and khata records if required.
