I removed all the bedsheets and pillow covers first.
Then I vacuumed the mattress properly, using the brush part of the vacuum.
I cleaned the corners and sides efficiently because a lot of dirt was stuck there.
For stains, I made a simple mix: a little detergent, a little vinegar, and more water in a spray bottle.
I sprayed that mix on the dirty spots and left it for 15 minutes.
Following that, I wiped it gently with a wet towel. I didn’t make it too wet.
To remove the unpleasant smell, I used baking soda. Just sprinkled it on the whole mattress and left it for 8 to 10 hours.
Finally, I vacuumed the mattress again to remove all the baking soda.
