4. Choose the lottery board for your city.

5. Sign in if you already have an account, or create a new one.

6. Fill in your personal details, like your name, date of birth, job, marital status, gender, and address.

7. Confirm that you and your family are moving into your first home.

8. Finally, pay the application fee using NEFT or RTGS.
