Hi,
The auto-debit option is a money transfer scheduled for a specified date to pay recurring expenses like energy bills, credit card bills, EMIs on home mortgages, loans for real estate, loans for cars, etc. With this, the money that needs to be paid will be automatically debited on the date of debit. Auto debit is definitely a convenient option. However, I wanted to cancel the same and know how to cancel auto debit in HDFC Bank.
I believe making payments manually encourages you to check your bills frequently to make sure you're aware of any charges.
