The area is peaceful and family-friendly. Versova Beach is just a few minutes away. We have access to schools, hospitals, grocery shops, etc. It's a convenient area to live in. Rent is a bit high, but worth it.

I find this place pretty comfortable to stay in. The area is clean, neigbborhood is safe, it's close to my workplace. There's a beach nearby too. Perfect for families and professionals looking for a work-life balance.

I have a residential property here, which I have given on rent. The demand is always high despite the high rent. The area has a coastal charm which people don't want to miss. All social amenities are within reach but traffic congestion sometimes create an issue.

The area has a mix of residential and commercial properties and with the ongoing developments, it's a good idea to invest here.
