It's a decent locality but drainage system is not that good. Water puddles everywhere after rain. However, I like the area around Sumaiya Campus - safe and quiet. Food options are also great.

I like this locality for many reasons. The roads are good, metro access and airport connectivity really increases the appeal. Property rates are fine too.

The area is generally clean and feels safe, even at night. Plenty of cafes and local eateries nearby.

Staying since 2023 near Rajawadi Colony. Commuting is easy as metro station just 5 minutes away. Traffic peaks on Kirol Road but usually no worse than expected. Safe for women travelling alone. Numerous food outlets are here.

Visited for a friend’s birthday party at a cafe. The area near Premier Road was clean and traffic was decent, we reached in 15 min. Didn't find many cafes there.
