I love how it's close to everything. Garuda Mall is just within walking distance, and MG road is close by too. The area is safe and clean.

Attended a meeting nearby. The locality is clean and has several eateries and cafes nearby. It seemed vibrant.

The area has seen consistent appreciation. The real estate market is good here, especially due to metro connectivity and other infrastructure.

It's a comfortable and lively place to reside in. It has good cafes and malls nearby. Garuda Mall is just 1 km from my apartment. It's also close to major tech parks like Bagmane and RMZ.

It's a premium location in Bangalore but much cost-effective than other posh areas like Indiranagar or Koramangala. Important amenities like hospitals and malls are close too.

Travelling from Pelhar is a bit tiring, especially during office hours. Roads in some parts are not in great condition, and traffic adds to the delay. But, the rent is low.

The demand for rental homes remains stable, especially among working people looking for affordable options. Infrastructure is still catching up, particularly roads, but overall, the locality has become more livable with time.
