Our home is in walking distance from most conveniences, yet we don’t feel crowded. There could be more lighting as some areas are dark and have potholes.

It’s not the highest-yielding locality, but the vacancy rate is low. Appreciation is slow but reliable due to the location.

Roads could be better in a few lanes and water supply is also not that constant.

The area has improved steadily, over the years. It’s still more of a residential pocket, and that’s what I like. Property appreciation has been moderate, but I value the lifestyle it offers more than just numbers.

The rent is reasonable, and I can get to my office near Silk Board without much hassle. A few roads are narrow, but the locality overall is quite livable.
