rent gets super expensive here but overal vibe is great.. close to both the juhu and main airport. lots of food places like Alta Stella nearby..

super bad traffic on veera desai road..especially around Fun republic mall...weekends also get jam packed here

PG rents near Laxmi Industrial Estate side are high but food joints and cafes are open till late. my fav spots are Alta Stella and Bombay Cocktail Bar

Footpaths along the main road are completely taken over by street vendors and parked bikes. Walking in the morning is risky because delivery guys speed on the wrong side.

i love that D-Mart is right nearby for monthly run ins, plus the healthcare and education here is great. our kids go to MVM International School and our wekend spot is usually JIMIs' burger:)

Rental demand for 2BHKs stays solid all year because of media production hubs and offices around here. Getting 65k rent is smooth, and flats near the main metro never sit vacant.

Potholes and open digging near Fun Republic lane make driving terrible during rains. Finding parking for a car near restaurants on weekends is almost impossible... narrow lanes get jammed.

living near Andheri is both good and bad..either u will love it or hate your entire life..the rush is real and feels like typical bombay..the metro and transport is great to move around but roads are smaller in some parts and parking gets pretty intense..nightlife is great though

college life is great here. bhavan's college is walking distance from my PG and lots of my friends live around so we hang out a lot in weekends..you will never get bored here

Auto availability from Veera Desai bus stop towards Andheri station is great all day. Garbage dumping on corner plots near industrial areas is still annoying though, smells bad on hot days...
