It is peaceful and calmer streets and it is located on outskirts of Chennai. WIth easier access to other areas residents have to rely on buses and local autos to visit.

The area is has multiple parks and lakes in this area, No major attractions or entertainment spots are not here.

We bought a 3BHK here in 2020 and since then, property prices have gone up steadily. The area is calm, and roads are decent. We are happy living here but would definitely want more grocery stores nearby.

We have been living in Vasanthapura for over a year. BMTC buses are available but limited. It’s better suited for families than working bachelors.

I visited relatives living here during a weekend and liked the area. Vasanthapura felt serene and well-maintained. Temples, parks, and clean surroundings stood out. But the locality lacked major shopping outlets, but perfect for those seeking peace and greenery in Bangalore.

I bought land here in 2021 and expect great returns due to metro expansion and Kanakapura Road upgrades. I feel the area is less crowded and still undervalued. It is ieal for buyers who prefer long-term capital appreciation and low purchase entry cost.

We rented a 2BHK recently and love several aspects of this area like the quiet environment, good internet, and reliable electricity. We face no water problems either. However, there's limited nightlife and fewer restaurants, which might not suit everyone.
