It’s been a good place to live and raise a family. That said, some of the roads in and out are a bit worn out and need resurfacing.

Vakil Garden City has wide roads and lots of trees and its a bit far from central Bangalore, which makes commuting a little time-consuming.

Over the years, I’ve seen Agram remain calm while everything else got crowded. But there’s limited scope for new development here.

It is MG Road and Indiranagar but find parking here is very tough.

This isn’t a place for luxury development, but for those investing in independent homes or builder floors, it works well.
