It's peaceful and rent is low, but the area is a bit underdeveloped as the roads are still broken in places. Shops are also very less and a bit far away.

The investment was affordable, but I’m still waiting on infrastructure projects to really boost value.

It's a calm area to live in, but still lacks proper streetlights and waste management.

House rent fits my budget, and it’squite green That said, basic services could be better organized.

This is a safe locality with good lighting and streets. Apart from that grocery shgopping can be a headache here.
