Living here for over a year now, what really stands out is the community feel and calm residential vibe. Public transport is fairly reliable, though you might struggle with auto availability during peak hours. Internal roads are decent, and you can get to most essentials within 10–15 minutes. However, parking on narrow lanes remains a bit of a hassle.

Visited a friend recently, and I liked how the area is peaceful without feeling too disconnected. The roads are in better shape than some nearby localities, and you can see civic amenities have improved. Still, fewer hangout spots for younger crowds compared to central Bangalore.

I’ve owned a house here for over a decade and seen the area transform steadily. Property appreciation has been consistent. It’s well-connected, family-friendly, and has reliable amenities. Occasional drainage issues during monsoon could be managed better by the BBMP.
