I’ve been a tenant here for 9 months. The walkability is excellent and there are grocery shops within 5 minutes. The area gets congested on weekends, and street parking is tough.

My society is peaceful, with old but spacious apartments. There’s no clubhouse or modern amenities. For families, schools and shops are close, but you may need to drive out for malls or multiplexes.

I've owned a flat in Union Park for 7 years. The location is prime, with quick access to Bandra’s buzzing areas. While maintenance charges are on the higher side, the greenery, calm surroundings, and tenant demand keep property value steady.

Bought a 1BHK in Union Park in 2015 and rent it out to working professionals. Demand has been consistent. Not many resale opportunities, though, as people don’t move out often.

As a tenant in Union Park, I genuinely appreciate the greenery around. The tree-lined lanes and small gardens offer a peaceful escape from the city chaos. However, not every building has open views, and some areas feel cramped
