Ullal Uppanagar is not too far from Kengeri where I work, and buses are frequent. However, there's still a lack of nearby cafes or eateries for a casual hangout.

I stayed here for a few days I liked the area.

The peace and quiet are what we enjoy the most. It’s mostly families and senior citizens around here, but civic maintenance needs attention.

I invested here seeing the potential after looking at the appretiation of Kengeri and Nagarabhavi. Hoping for the best.

There is a lot of families and its kind of noisy but I like it here. It feels an area with a lot colour.

Ullal Uppanagar has good road connectivity through several main roads and highways. Commuting to different parts of the city is fairly convenient. Public transport options like nearby bus stops and metro stations are accessible within a reasonable distance.

Investing here appealed to me due to ongoing infrastructure developments and solid public transport access. Proximity to quality educational and healthcare institutions enhances its tenant appeal.
