Tulsiwadi is a great location. The commute is easy, with good access to trains, buses, and autos. The area is vibrant, and there are lots of small eateries and convenience stores. Rent is a little high. The biggest downside is the noise as it is close to main roads.

Tulsiwadi has seen some price increases recently. I still think it’s undervalued compared to other parts of South Mumbai. There’s strong demand from people wanting to live near the business hubs. I have noticed the lack of modern amenities in older buildings.

Tulsiwadi is a very old locality. The area is central, and you can walk to places like Marine Drive and Colaba. It’s a bustling area with lots of shops and street food. The downside is the noise and congestion, it’s always busy, and parking is a headache.

The locality is very lively and central, but the traffic can get a little overwhelming. You’ll find a lot of local markets and great food stalls. The apartments are small, but that’s typical in this area. Public transport is great, and we can easily take a train or bus to most places.
