Tulshet Pada is not fancy, but it works for middle-income families. We’ve managed well, but water supply irregularities still bother us

it’s close to my workplace in Bhandup. Connectivity via LBS Marg is good, but there’s barely any greenery or recreational spots nearby.

Capital appreciation is low compared to other Bhandup areas. It’s still more of an end-user locality than an investor's.

The society I stay in is gated, which is a relief. But outside the compound, the streets are narrow and often congested with tempos and trucks. Public transport is good. Metro helps me commute.

Visited a friend here recently. It's close to LBS Marg but the area has a very industrial feel, not very welcoming if you’re expecting a residential vibe.
