The area isnt' typical residential place..it feels very dense and pakced with small shops, buildings, etc..ventilation is also limited inside blocks...rent is cheap but living conditions are average

Having lived here for years, i must say transit camp was originally planned as a rehabiliation layout with basic infra but over time, it has expanded with more floors, buildings, commerical buzz, and now it feels more crowded..location is central but congestion and drainage issues have increased

Dharavi location is great. i work near sion and my commute hardly takes 10 mins..rent is okay for the space..i just wish there was proper footpaths..walking feels imposisble inside

Its not your typical investment market but with the rising infrastructure there is constant demand for low budget rentals

Transit camp is extremely dense..you will find every essentials nearby like tailors, ATms, leather shops, eateries..but dust, noise and congestion also present.
