This locality has grown a lot over the years. It’s well connected by metro and main roads and finding tenants isn’t hard.

Property prices are still reasonable, and rental demand keeps rising because of the metro. This locality is good for investment s right now.

I've been renting here for over a year. It’s quiet, has good metro access, and local shops are close by. Not flashy, but everything you need is within reach.
