Visited for my cousin's Grihapravesh last month, and totally loved the area. It's less congested and more peaceful. Doesn't have the usual traffic of Bangalore but I felt the roads could be more wider.
The area has become popular since the metro launch and has increased the rental demand too. I have rented a 2 BHK property here, and the influx is good and vacancy rates are low too. Love the area but roads can be better.
