I have owned a complex here since 2016. The Yelachenahalli metro help to commute regularly. Reliance Smart is close too. Only problem is garbage piling near Uttarahalli cross and peak-hour jams

The area has grown so much in the past decade. I bought a property here in 2014, and it has transformed from semi-rural to posh area in such a short span. Cafes, marts, malls, and business centres surround the area now, which has increased the demand and value too.

Shifted from Sarjapura to here last month, and been renting a 2 BHK in Mantri Serenity. The area is calm and vibrant too. It's less congested and connectivity is good to KR Market. Metro access also helps.

Visited for my cousin's Grihapravesh last month, and totally loved the area. It's less congested and more peaceful. Doesn't have the usual traffic of Bangalore but I felt the roads could be more wider.

The area has become popular since the metro launch and has increased the rental demand too. I have rented a 2 BHK property here, and the influx is good and vacancy rates are low too. Love the area but roads can be better.
