This is an underrated locality. I love living just a 5-minute walk from Srirampura Metro Station. my commute downtown takes only 20 minutes on the Green Line. Also, I found a 1 BHK at Rs. 15,000, which feels reasonable for such connectivity.

The rent here is cheap and much lower than Koramangala or Indiranagar. I live in a 2 BHK society with my family, and the area is well-connected and filled with good social infrastructure like schools and hospitals.

Comparing to Jayanagar or Sadashivnagar, Srirampura offers better yields at half the entry price. It's ideal for long term investment as the infrastructure is good with metro connectivity and railway lines.

I've lived here since 2018 in a 3 BHK apartment. I value the low maintenance charges, which is Rs. 3 per sq ft per month and friendly residents. Street parking is ample even on Sundays, and garbage collection is timely too. There could be more high-end shopping malls though.

My cousin lives here, and I often visit her. The locality is quiet and residential and I have heard the rental options are cheap too as compared to other posh areas in Bangalore. There are some local eateries and small cafes too for brunch and snacks.
