Footfall is good but the road is narrow for loading vehicles. Parking is a headache for customers during evening hours. The drainage line was cleaned recently, so okay.

Cauvery water supply is regular and dependable. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful at night. Only downside is the erratic street lighting in some of the cross roads.

Excellent area for family life. Good schools and local playgrounds are nearby. The streets are active until late evening so safety is never a worry for anyone.

I love the local eateries here but driving a car inside the cross roads is painful. Too many tight turns and vehicles parked on both sides of the street.

Always in high demand due to its location and metro access. Houses never stay vacant for long. The basic infrastructure like roads and water lines are stable.

The place is becoming too commercial now. Peaceful residential houses are converting into shops, making the internal streets noisy and crowded even during afternoon times.
