Everything is good here but we just need better drainage and consistent garbage collection

It’s mostly residential and quiet, which is what I like hee. Some inner roads need improvement, and garbage collection can be inconsistent during rains, but otherwise, it’s good

I bought a site in a corner layout, and within a few years, the value has increased well. Now I am planning to sell it and hoping to get better returns.

We live in a 2BHK apartment, and the rent is reasonable. Not many restaurants or shopping areas nearby, but good enough for daily living.

We enjoy a quiet environment with a strong community feel. The only wish is for more parks and street lighting in some areas.

This area suits investors with a long term mindset. Entry prices are reasonable. Connectivity challenges can limit short term gains.

Soundarya Layout is for people who prefer peaceful surroundings. Air quality feels better than central areas but road conditions inside the layout need improvement.
