Rental properties are affordable but buildings are old. Some internal roads are narrow and need proper maintainance. The area is developing and has good infrastructure but traffic slows down the commute sometimes.

The area is safe and has good public transport, especially BMTC buses. Roads are okay but not great in some lanes.

I live in a gated society and it's quiet, green, good parking area. But outside, pollution from trucks and flyovers is noticeable. After rains, the roads get muddy and logged.

Visited my cousin who lives here. Roads are in build‑in-progress. Loved that lakes are close for evening hangouts.

Have rented a few of my properties here and the area is mostly loved for its connectivity to Sarjapura Road and IT parks. The problem is the lack of metro and poor drainage systems. Rest everything is okay.

Sompura is a peaceful and residential area, perfect for families looking for a calm neighborhood. Property owners benefit from a quiet environment, nearby schools, markets, and basic amenities.
