We do struggle with parking when my cousins visit, and evenings are a bit noisy with honking near the main road. But in terms of day-to-day life, it works really well for us. Everything from medical stores to mess food is just a short walk away — that convenience counts.

I visit Someshwara Nagar once a month for a therapy session and usually end up spending half the day here. What I like is that the area has these tiny filter coffee stalls and old-school bookstores tucked between modern clinics and bakeries. It feels like time slows down here — something I honestly look forward to after a hectic work week. Of course, the traffic near the cross roads can be frustrating and sidewalks are often blocked by scooters, but it's still one of those neighbourhoods where you can spend an afternoon without a plan.
