I bought a 2BHK here a few years ago, and the returns have been consistently good. Tenants prefer the area due to its access to public transport.

I’ve been renting a flat in area for over a year. It is close to MG Road and Brigade Road and traffic can be a hassle.

The flat I rent is kind of old and there are a few seepage marks on the walls. The area is quite nice and everything is within reach.

We’ve lived here for over a decade and the property values here have gone up significantly. The are is quite clean and calm and this makes it a great place to live.

It’s well-connected and easy to reach, and the houses here are a mix of old and new. Transport is kind of good but can be a issue during congestions.
