As a tenant, I found Sion West safe, family-friendly, and well-connected to hospitals and markets. The older buildings lack modern amenities, but the area is clean and safe. Civic amenities are also good so we are happy living here.

I have lived in Sion West for 5 years. It’s centrally located with great railway connectivity. However, traffic congestion and limited parking are everyday issues that make commuting stressful.

We are owing a flat in Sion West for 5 years. The locality is well-connected to South Mumbai and suburbs, with good schools nearby. However, traffic congestion and lack of new developments are persistent issues.

I have lived in Sion West with my family for 3 years. It’s centrally located, well-connected, and safe, but monsoon flooding, limited parking, and old infrastructure are drawbacks. Still, overall, it's a convenient place to stay.

I invested in a 1BHK in Sion West three years ago and rented it out quickly due to high demand. The area’s connectivity is a plus and get me tenants very easily. Roads however are not well-maintained.

Sion West is a lovely area. I am in a rented house here currently but buying a house will be a great decision too. it has great schools and colleges, so many hospitals nearby especially the lion tarachand and lokmanya tilak. many good restaurants are here. It feels vibrant and lively

If you ignore the heavy traffic on eastern express highway, sion is a great area to live in. The neighbourhood has improved a lot. there are more cafes, malls, and connectivity options. Still when it rains, some areas near the station get water-logged which is annoying.

Sion West has a unique advantage. it is close to business areas, eastern expressway gives good connectivity, rental demand is strong because of affordable housing and infrastructure. but from an investor's lens, you must pick a building in newer blocks because the ones near the busy roads may take time to appreciate

The area works perfectly for me. there are bus stops, stations, many cafes and malls nearby. But finding autos or cabs late night is very tough.

Sion West is lively no doubt. the social life is great but public spaces are too tight for four wheeler parking. And internal lanes are more difficult to pass through.
