I've Lived here for over a year and loved the area for its quiet streets, decent apartments, and lots of greenery. The locality is a bit far from the city center, but peaceful living makes up for it. Well-built roads made my commute easy. The only problem is that the locality lacks metro connectivity so I had to rely on autos and they looted me everyday. :(

This place is good for families. My cousin lives here and during my visit, I observed that the locality has good number of parks, grocery shops, and schools are all within a short drive. Very decent locality but weekend traffic jams are irritating.

Singapura is a good locality overall for living but the waterlogging issue is very irritating. Every year the area gets flooded and it becomes almost impossible to get autos from here. Buses are not that frequent and metro connectivity is also not that great. To be honest we are not liking the area much. Will wait a few years to see whether things improve or not and if not, shall settle somehwhere else.

I invested in a 2 BHK here mainly because property rates are appreciating in Singapura at a good pace. My property is currently on rent and gives me a good rental income. My tenants do complain about the traffic jam but it seems every locality in this city has the same problem.

I bought a property here to retire in peace. So far, I’m happy living here. The area has calm roads, helpful neighbors, no traffic headaches. I just wish metro projects to come up soon and let me travel far with ease.
