I’ve rented a 2BHK in Shetty Halli and honestly, I appreciate the peace here. It's not as noisy or rushed as central Bangalore.

It's mostly residential and commercial developments are limited. You’ll need to drive out for a mall, branded eateries, or even a hospital with top-notch facilities.

Great for peaceful lifestyle. No constant noise from traffic so it's usually quiet. But the area is mostly filled with independent houses. No gated societies as much so if you’re used to security, amenities, and gated living, this area hasn’t really developed that way yet.

I bought a plot here five years ago and built a duplex. Connectivity is improving too. While values are rising, it’s slow. If you’re looking for short-term flips or investment growth, Shetty Halli may not deliver fast returns yet.

It’s peaceful, yes but sometimes too quiet. Some streets feel deserted post 9 PM, and as a single woman, I don’t feel entirely comfortable walking alone after dark.
