The area has good rental properties at cost-effective prices. It's also close to IT hubs and makes my commute to work easier. The problem lies in some lanes where lighting is inadequate.

It's a good residential locality and mostly suitable for IT professionals as there are many offices and employment zones nearby. Manyata Tech Park is around 6 km from here but commuting can be tough if you don't own a vehicle. Metro isn't there and buses are not that reliable. Overlooking that, it's a comfortable area to live in

I lived here for one year and while liked the cheap rental options and safe environment, I was frustrated by the patchy, underdeveloped lanes. Constant watelogging issues and irregular garbage collection was annoying too.

It's an affordable area in Bangalore - property prices are much lower than posh areas. It's also slowly developing with road development and gated communities. But the construction can be irritating because of dust and noise. It also leads to congestion.

Been renting here for a while now and I like the clean lanes and peaceful environment. Some blocks are heavy on dust and noise but there are some lanes which are well-maintained and calm. Public transport is limited here so that's a major issue for me.

Sampigehalli is a convenient locality. There are enough supermarkets and small eateries around to manage daily life. Getting cabs is generally easy.

There aren’t many hangout spots nearby, which can get boring after a while. Some internal roads are narrow and not very well maintained. It’s peaceful, but not very convenient if you’re used to more developed areas.
