I live here with my parents and generally it is a peaceful area but sometimes there is a lot of noise from commercial areas.

This area is very close to bus stops, markets, and hospitals but parking is a big issue here and garbage collection is not that great as well.

You get good access to buses and autos, and the rent is also affordable here. The only issue is older infrastructure all around.

Properties gets rented out here quickly by mostly to doctors or students. Rental appreciation is kind of moderate, but the demand is high.

The area is safe and everything you need is nearby.
