Frequently asked Questions

What are the preferred property types?

Independent floors and villas with private space like gardens are quite popular for families looking for low-rise living. Apartments in gated communities with security and recreational facilities are also in demand, especially from IT professionals and young couples. 2BHK and 3BHK configurations are the most sought after.

How is the rental market?

Rental yields are good at 3-4% annually. 2BHK flats fetch Rs. 15,000-25,000 per month depending on the age and facilities. Higher floors and renovated units with modern amenities can get upto Rs. 30,000. For independent floors, expect rentals of Rs. 30,000-50,000 based on size and amenities.

What is driving property rates?

Proximity to infrastructure like the Outer Ring Road and upcoming metro extension has boosted demand. Established social ecosystem and nearby employment hubs have also pushed up rates 15-20% in last 3 years. Further planned development is likely to keep appreciation trend steady going forward.
