Living near Cubbon Park is a blessing. I often walk or jog there. The area is clean and residential, but not ideal for people looking for a lively social life or new apartment complexes.

I’ve been renting here for a year. The location is unbeatable — close to MG Road and Cubbon Park. I love the greenery and safety. However, finding spacious rentals at a decent price is tough. Parking can also be an issue in older buildings.

It's an old-school Bangalore neighborhood. Good water supply, peaceful lanes, and close to the metro. Drawbacks? Not many modern eateries or cafes within walking distance. But if you love calm surroundings, it's perfect.
