It’s a calm and green area with parks around. Roads are good and safe due to street lights.

I have rented a small flat here, and it's pretty convenient as public transport is close. I usually take metro to commute to work, and there are many food outlets and tiny stalls here, so it feels vibrant.

Buying property here is a good investment as the area has developed nicely and still developing with more residential projects and infrastructure upgrades. The price appreciation is also strong in this area, as around 80% has risen in the last few years.

The area has poor civic amenities -- irregular garbage collections, clogged drains, and bad road conditions with lots of potholes. The rental options are good and cheap but some lanes are narrow and overpopulated.

Stayed here during my Mumbai visit. I liked how green and peaceful the streets are. Metro is around 1-2 km from where we stayed so it was pretty economical to travel.
