I’ve been staying in Roopena Agrahara for over a year now. It's very close to my office near Silk Board, which saves me a lot of commute time. Rent is reasonable and there are many PGs and apartments around. Only issue is traffic near the junction.

I chose Roopena Agrahara because of its proximity to Silk Board, which remains a business hotspot. The area has strong footfall and constant rental inquiries. However, the surroundings need better maintenance. Still, from an investment angle, it’s a functional and affordable pick.

Back when we shifted here, there were fewer buildings and more open space. Now it’s full of flats and PGs. Shops, clinics, and schools are nearby. It’s not a posh place, but very convenient. We’ve seen the area grow, though roads still need repair in some parts.

Visited Roopena Agrahara for a flat inspection. The area is super well-connected to Bommanahalli and BTM. Traffic is the only hurdle. Otherwise, shops, food joints, and ATMs are all right there.

Picked this area mainly for convenience. BMTC buses are frequent and autos are easily available too. You get budget-friendly eateries, medical stores, and even local gyms nearby. The only downside is the cleanliness.
