The locality is good for families. Roads are decent and mostly clean. BMTC buses come, but not that frequently. There's a decent number of kirana stores and medical shops. Area feels peaceful. No big malls nearby, but basic stuff is covered.

When we came 9 years back, it was mostly empty land. Now, it’s a small community. Streets are clean, and we have proper drainage. There's a temple nearby and some shops have opened inside the layout too.

Bought a plot in RK Township 6 years back. The area was very underdeveloped then, but now I see a lot of growth. New apartments are coming up, and roads have improved. Still, the rental demand is not high yet. It’s more of a long-term investment.

The area is still developing and the rent here are budget-friendly. It’s calm, no traffic noise. The commute takes time due to no metro access. It is better if you have own vehicle or depend on cabs. Few decent eateries around.

RK Township is a peaceful area. Roads are broad, and no heavy traffic. Grocery shops and clinics are close. My PG is neat and safe. Honestly, happy with the location.
