I have tenants who work in the aerospace SEZ and logistics parks nearby. It’s not high rental income, but occupancy is consistent and dependable. Don’t expect overnight transformation. The roads and civic amenities are improving slowly, like water supply is still partially dependent on borewells or tankers

People looking for fancy gated communities or lifestyle amenities will not find this area appealing. It’s practical but far from premium. It's a predominantly residential area with a quiet vibe.

I work with Indigo Airlines, and living in Razack Palya puts me just 30-35 minutes from the airport. That’s a huge plus. Most of my colleagues live around here too

Compared to central Bangalore, traffic here is manageable. But for anything beyond small clinics, I go to Bagalur Cross or Hennur. The area doesn’t have any major hospitals or large supermarkets nearby.

I'm renting a 2BHK here for a very reasonable price compared to nearby areas like Bagalur Main Road or Thanisandra. This area fits my budget perfectly but BMTC bus connectivity is poor. I rely entirely on my bike to get around. Autos are available, but not always at fair prices.
