Rayasandra is perfect for families who like peace and open skies. Schools and hospitals are a drive away, but the area is getting there, slowly but steadily.

Good for renting if you're working in Electronic City. But don’t expect nightlife or big malls around. Basic stuff’s there. You’ll need a two-wheeler to survive here.

Invested in Rayasandra for long-term returns. It’s close to tech parks, and land value’s slowly appreciating. Not hot property yet, but potential’s definitely there.

My 2BHK is spacious and decently priced. The area is quiet but too quiet at night. Not much lighting on some roads and it feels isolated after 9 pm.

Bought land here a decade ago. It was mostly farmland then. Now it’s full of apartments. Growth is steady, but civic infrastructure needs to catch up.

I stay here in a rental property. It's currently in the developing stage. Although I found the road condition better than before, I faced a few issues. It won't be easy if you don't have your own vehicle. Even, to go to Sarjapur or Bellandur, you won't get shared auto or any public transport there. The only positive aspect is you will get daily essentials within 1 km.

I have been living in SJR on Rayasandra Main Road for the past 10 months, and my experience has been a mix of good and bad. This is a safe, peaceful, plenty of greenery, and less crowded area. I have mainly shifted here for work convenience, since it’s 20 minutes away from my office in Kaikondrahalli and 25 minutes away from my husband’s office in Electronic City. Also, the rent is cheaper here compared to HSR Layout, Kaikondrahalli, and even Kasavanahalli. Everything I need is close by, like. For shopping and daily needs, I walk to nearby shops, Reliance Smart Bazaar, and Zudio in Naganathapura, Choodasandra (2.2 km). Domino's Pizza is 1.6 km away, and there are several local restaurants and bakeries on the main road. Medical shops like Raam Medicals (400 m) and Apollo Pharmacy (1.8 km) are within reach. In fact, you can get hospitals, like Medwell Multispeciality Clinic (1.6 km), Springleaf Hospital (2.4 km), and Aarogya Hastha Hospitals (5 km). It's mostly an emerging neighbourhood, with several under-construction properties accessible, such as Assetz Ren & Rei and Assetz Villa Plots. But the infrastructure really needs attention. The biggest drawback is the roads; they’re filled with potholes and become almost impossible during rain. No metro connectivity yet, buses connecting to Silk Board are available, but the frequency is very low. Overall, I will say decent locality for tenants working nearby, but an amazing locality if you are planning to invest or purchase property here.
