Living here feels refereshing as it's close to several parks and other recreational spots like Rajendra Nagar lake. The rental demand is also high here due to close proximity to western express highway.

I like this locality as it's close to my office in Andheri East MIDC. The neighbourhood is safe and feels refreshing too. You also get access to local markets and big shopping malls like Phoenix Marketcity nearby

The area is well connected to different parts of the city, and considering its accessibility to Western Express Highway, traffic congestion is common. I like the vibrant locality with tons of cafes and malls nearby, but the traffic can be frustrating too

As an investor, I found the area's ongoing development offers promising growth in the future. The infrastructure is booming and the upcoming Mumbai Coastal Road will offer good road connectivity too. The low property prices will also lead to long term value appreciation

Like many parts of Mumbai, parking space isn't enough here, but I like the area's connectivity. it's close to bus stops and borivali train station which is convenient for my frequent travel
