Been renting here for 7 months now. The Mira Road station is just about 10–15 mins by rickshaw, which is a big plus. But water supply can be inconsistent in some buildings during summer. I also hate the noise from nearby industrial areas

We’ve seen gradual transformation here. Earlier it was more industrial, but more residential societies are coming up now.

It’s quieter than Mira Road or Borivali, but that also means lower rental demand during peak migration months. It’s not the most high-end locality but shows stable occupancy.

My uncle's house is here so I have been visiting Rai Village often. The area feels safe to walk even in the evening. It’s not posh, but feels authentic and rooted in culture

Not your typical Bombay. I shifted here for proximity to work in Bhayandar East. Commute is easy but waterlogging is a headache during monsoon. Also, don't expect any nightlife buzz here
