Everything needed for daily life is nearby. However internal roads can feel cramped and parking is often difficult.

I enjoy the accessibility and busy neighborhood vibe. Safety feels decent even late evenings. Still the area lacks greenery and open spaces for relaxation.

There is good road maintenance, steady water supply, and stable neighbours and everything is nearby as well. It's just that the streetlight don't work in most lanes at night.

I’ve been renting a 2BHK here and rent is affordable compared to Basaveshwara Nagar. Grocery stores, medical shops, and local bakeries are within a short walk.

I get a steady monthly income and have minimal maintenance hassles. It’s slow growth, but that’s exactly what I was aiming for.

There is a small eatery and a kirana shop nearby and other than that we have to go a bit far to get our things. It kind of gets frustrating sometimes.

This locality is safe and friendly and its great for tenants wanting low drama and steady living.
