Princess Dock is in the shipping line. The area is industrial. I will say that it is not ideal for families. But for working bachelors, it is fine. Rent is manageable, but the locality needs better upkeep.

Princess Dock feels like old time Mumbai with narrow lanes. The transport options are plenty. You can easily get buses, taxis and trains. You won’t find big malls. There are some street food stalls around.

Princess Dock is favourable for those who have work nearby. No parks or fancy cafes. If the government cleans up the area and improves roads, value could rise.
