I bought a 1BHK in Prabhadevi 10 years back. Quiet place. Close to temple, sea, and Dadar station. Bit expensive, but very safe area. Everything is nearby. I’m happy with the decision.

As a bachelor living here, it feels safe and convenient. There are gyms, cafés, even co-working spaces within a short distance. Everything feels premium here. But if you are on a tight budget, this place won’t work. Even basic groceries feel pricey.

We have been living here with kids for the last two years. There are reputed schools and clinics within a short distance, and the roads are clean and well-lit.

Nice society, very peaceful. Good air, sea breeze comes. My friend stays there. Building is old but strong. Not many new flats. For peaceful life, it is best.

My flat here always stays occupied. People working in Lower Parel or Dadar want to rent here. It is a premium area with good demand.
