It's a safe and well developed area with good transport options. The metro really eases out my commute to work. it also feels very vibrant during festivals.

I’ve rented my flat before and found steady tenant interest from professionals working in nearby offices. but the real problem is in beating traffic and lack of parking spaces

Parel is a rewarding area with good potential for long term investment. What I don't like now is the overcrowding and lack of open spaces. It feels congested and may impact the value later

The area is very safe and easy to live in. Markets and pharmacies are close by. the rent is a bit higher though
